Experience in the sector since 1989

Our journey begins in 1989 in construction and in house projects. Since then, our main activity has been the construction for third parties of more than 300 public and private buildings, the rehabilitation of historic buildings and social housing, in the Valencian Community.

Our team of professionals obtained the certificates of quality, and achieved the highest classification in building by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Spain in addition to being awarded “Company 5 stars” for its standing and quality of services provided.

For some years now, Beren Selective Homes has focused its activity on the promotion of new luxury villas on the Costa Blanca, bringing its exceptional experience in the sector to offer the highest quality standards.
